Technical capabilities in our workshop
Our workshop is equipped for a wide range of operations, from fine mechanical repair to heavy metalworking. Thanks to our horizontal CNC lathes, we process workpieces up to a turning diameter of 1015 mm and a length of 4000 mm. We perform vertical milling on workpieces up to 3000 mm long and 1000 mm high.
We have automatic and manual band saws (FMB 700 x 500), a powerful 240-tonne press brake (up to 4200 mm length), and plasma cutting equipment for sheets up to 35 mm thick. Plate and profile rolling, internal welding up to diameter 30, and specific operations such as wire cutting and pressing up to 200 tonnes are also part of our daily operations.
Our welding department carries out specialised MIG/MAG, TIG and TIP-TIG welding, including the application and machining of wear-resistant layers and hard-faced plates. This combination of equipment and expertise enables us to repair or completely rebuild even heavily damaged parts.
